Tomorrow, I challenge everyone to hug someone. A random stranger, a close friend, a loved one. Just let them know you care via hugging. Hugs are free and come with no strings. Hugs don’t even have to be reciprocal because it’s meant as an offering of peace. If they hug you back, you’ve gotten the point across. Remind that person to hug someone else today as well. Hopefully it will be contagious enough to lift the spirits of enough people to make a positive change in a big way. Even if it doesn’t you will have made a positive change in some small way, which could be a big way to the person you hug. Just… do it for me.
